Good coffee, a fundraiser for Tony’s Place, and a Pay it Forward program. This is my new coffee place for sure!! Service was awesome. I got the seasonal Sweet Lotus shaken espresso and a blueberry loaf.

My favorite local spring branch coffee shop, and possibly in all of Houston. They have good high quality coffee. Definitely try out their baked goods as well; they have rotating flavors. The sausage rolls use a super flaky pastry dough and they’re fantastic. Personally, I like the maple flavor best. The owner’s warm personality is a standout. Wish them all the success!

My favorite place for nitro cold brew. The best I’ve ever had! Their espresso is also great. Neither upsets my stomach. My favorite scone is the raspberry with dark chocolate. Consider yourself lucky if you have a chance to try it - it’s a rotating flavor. :-) Very friendly and patient staff every time. Relatively cozy feel inside, even with the modern aesthetic.

We are visiting from LA and my boyfriend wanted to try a quality coffee place for his birthday while we’re here. From the reviews we decided on Cambrian and it was so good! The parking lot was pretty full but we got a spot and they have the air on full blast inside. The service was so fast and awesome from everyone we interacted with. Everything we ate was delicious, the sausage rolls were sold out sadly. Our coffees are the best we’ve had in Houston. We would loudly and eagerly recommend them to anyone, visiting or local.

Drink: I ordered their shaken espresso with Cambrian syrup (honey & cinnamon) and it was delicious. My only qualm is that I personally prefer my coffee a bit stronger so I’ll remember to add an extra shot of espresso next time. Other than my own personal preference, it was an incredible drink. Service: Staff was so friendly and dealt with me being a bit distracted my first time by all the fun merch they had lying around and answered questions I had with patience and kindness. Atmosphere: This place has a lot of seating for the small space which is a plus to those looking to relax and sip on one of their tasty beverages. The entire shop is decked out in a geological timescale theme, with cute trilobites, dinosaurs, and other things found among the fossil records. It’s a perfect spot for any coffee loving geology obsessed person out there. Overall: Great experience that will have me returning even if it isn’t super close to my own place. I highly recommend to any coffee lover and geology enthusiast.
